Meetings announced through Canvas & Remind

National Honor Society (NHS) is a nationwide organization that recognizes high school students who have demonstrated outstanding scholarship, leadership, service, and character. NHS members are leaders in their schools and communities, and they are committed to making a difference in the world.

How do you join National Honor Society?

NHS accepts new members every January. Qualifying students will receive an email detailing the application process. If your application is accepted, induction will be held in February. Once you have been inducted, you are welcome to begin joining us for activities and events!

What do I need to do to stay active in National Honor Society?

In order to maintain your membership, students are required to keep at least a 3.5 GPA, not have any U’s on their citizenship, and perform 20 service hours per year (ie: two hours per month we are in school). Service hours are submitted through the NHS Canvas page.

When does National Honor Society meet?

NHS holds an activity once a month. Details are always posted to our club Canvas page and texted out via Remind. If you are not receiving text messages, you can sign up using the appropriate code below to the number 81010:

Class of 2024: @gbb7af

Class of 2025: @bfh9fb
