If you're interested in attending NUAMES, please submit your application as soon as possible. NUAMES usually reaches student capacity quickly and students may be placed on a waiting list. Scroll down for more information!

Enrollment Information

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an email letting you know your status. 

Applications are submitted online and require:

  1. Copy of Birth Certificate
  2. Copy of Immunization Records (must be current in Utah)
  3. Transcript (must show 9th grade year)
